The Central Florida Glassaholics Thirty-fourth Annual Depression Glass Show

 

Make sure to mark your calendar now for Florida's largest Depression Glass Show.  The Central Florida Glassaholics Thirty- fourth Annual Depression Glass and Pottery Show and Sale will be held at The Lakeland Center in Lakeland, Florida on Saturday, October 24, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. &  Sunday, October 25, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Admission for both days is $7 ($1.00 off with this ad) and parking is STILL FREE.  

 

We will have 4 Glass programs / classes (2 each day) from EAPG cake Stands to Kitchenware of the Depression Era and Vaseline Glass  

 

With many dealers and over half a million dollars in glass being shown this will truly be a show that should not be missed.  Whether you collect elegant glass, carnival glass, pottery or depression glass it will all be represented at this show.

South Cape Street Market

 

For the third season in a row, Downtown Cape Coral is playing host to its charming monthly South Cape Street Market.

 

Scheduled for the first Saturday of the month from November to April, this open-air street fair brings the community together as they showcase the amazing variety of art, homemade crafts, jewelry, home décor and more that is available in the Downtown.

 

The vast assortment of antiques and treasures is spread out over a city block.  It’s a great place for bargain hunters and collectors in search of vintage antiques and similar items.

 

The South Cape Street Markets take place along Vincennes Boulevard between SE 47 Terrace and SE 46 Lane. They run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and admission is free. 

 

There is plenty of free parking in the surrounding City parking lots located in Big John Plaza, Iguana Mia and Club Square.  The Downtown Street Market in only one block east of the Farmer’s Market

 

The first one is coming up November 7, so lace up your walking shoes and prepare to shop.
